Title:
  Started run click system level hooks

Status in xorg-server package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Since upgrading 15.04 to 15.10 I sometimes get thrown out of the system to the login screen via a black screen with  "Started run click system level hooks". This happens  randomly when clicking on buttons, like reply in thunderbird, open attach button here in launchpad etc. Has been like this since i upgraded, and problem still persists even through latest updates.
