Title:
  Creating Skype account crashes Pidgin

Status in pidgin package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I installed pidgin-skype package, it was successfully installed. Then
  I opened Pidgin and tried to create a new account by pressing Ctrl+A
  to enter the Account Manager Dialog, I clicked on Add and put my
  account id, but when I clicked Add in the New Account Dialog Pidgin
  just crashed.

  I'm on Lubuntu Utopic Unicorn, the package is pidgin
  1:2.10.9-0ubuntu4.
