[Bug 1158510] Re: libmtp fails to open after upgrade to 12.10

- updated apport hook to work, import what we need, mention the current
soname version and don't include hal info (lp: #1158510)

* Drop 2001-adding-bq-device-id.patch:
- 'Been adopted upstream.
* Drop 2002-adding-arale-device-id.patch:
- Adopted upstream, the device is now recognized as Meizu.

This is an LG Android 4.x phone, and the service worked fine under
12.04, but after upgrading:
mtpfs -o allow_other /media/MTP
