  Software center after update can`t install correctly any apps.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  In the first run of Ubuntu 10.10 - Maverick Meerkat (oct 2010), it say me to update many components. As I understood, software center updated too. 
  Before reboot i download and install some apps (Chromium for example).
  After reboot he cant correctly install any application.
