Title:
  [systemd] Failed to initialize NSS SQL database in sql:/etc/pki/nssdb:
  NSS error -8126

Status in evolution package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Get lot of errors logged into journalctl while using  evolution with a gnome-shell session and chromium-browser
  The main issues are:
  - take ages to download the mails
  - take some time to delete the selected mails at once, and sometime hangs for a while
  - emptying the trash box is also very long with a huge hdd activity.

  Seems to be related to that sql database activation problem.
