https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=413942
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=416856
Reproduction steps:
1. Go to https://hangouts.google.com/
2. Start a video call (allow permissions, cancel inviting anyone)
3. Go to left bar, try to start a screenshare
4. Note how nothing happens.
Try the same steps with Google Chrome or Firefox and it works.
