[Bug 1511284] [NEW] Xmir -rootless: Non-ASCII window titles are not supported yet

Non-ASCII window titles are not supported yet.

For example, start Xmir -rootless and then chromium-browser. You get no title string visible but do get Xmir error:
xmir_get_window_prop_string8: Atom 39 is not an 8-bit string as expected
