  Screen images and text is garbled

Bug description:
  Hi,

   I have upgraded to Kubuntu 15.10  and the upgrade went well without
  any problems. After the reboot I get a screen with completely garbled
  text. I have a Intel 4 series chipset Integrated controller.

  glxinfo | grep render gives:

  I have attached the screen shot. Please let me know if there are any
