  Spanish translate template evolution wily 15.10

Status in evolution package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I have been translating part of the evolution of Spanish template. It
  remained to translate strings 574,  and I translated 414 but take a
  week now and no one has gone to the changed state.

  They can pass the state changed to continue the translation, and
  nobody answers me and the translation is blocked.
