[Bug 1511996] [NEW] app-switcher groups terminals with custom profile from .desktop entry

Public bug reported:

Required info:
1) Ubuntu 15.10
2) GNOME Terminal 3.16.2
3) Start instances of gnome-terminal with customized window title and icon which are not grouped with default gnome-terminal instances
4) All instances gnome-terminal are grouped under the same icon, regardless of what was specified on the .desktop entry

Back on 15.04, I was able to run a gnome-terminal with a specific profile (IRC for example) from a .desktop entry and have it grouped under the customized icon/window title in the app-switcher. After upgrading to 15.10, all instances, regardless of started from a .desktop entry specifying a custom icon or not will be grouped under the default gnome-terminal icon/window title (Terminal).

For reference, see my Weechat.desktop:
```
[Desktop Entry]
Version=1.0
Type=Application
Name=Weechat
Comment=Weechat IRC client
Exec=/usr/bin/gnome-terminal --profile=Weechat
Icon=/home/diftraku/.local/share/icons/weechat.png
Categories=Network;IRCClient;IRC;Chat;
GenericName=IRC Client
```

I tried experimenting with `--window-with-profile` and explicitly
specifying a `--title` to no avail.
