Title:
  [USB-Audio - MDR-1ADAC, playback] volume muting problem.

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  My device is getting muted every time I plug it in. It's muted in ALSA - the ALSA mixer is the only place I can unmute it.
  In alsamixer Card: MDR-1ADAC, Chip: USB Mixer, there I see 2 items - iAP interface and iAP interface 1. I need to unmute both, to be able to hear the audio.
  This is real inconvenience now, however it was a big problem until I discovered that the device is just muted, and still working.
  This behaviour is sins my last update on 2015-11-2 before that the device was working properly every time, no unmuting was ever required.

  Here is what I found about that:
  In /var/lib/alsa/asound.state I have this about the device
  state.MDR1ADAC {
  	control.1 {
  		iface PCM
  		name 'Playback Channel Map'
  		value.0 0
  		value.1 0
  		comment {
  			access read
  			type INTEGER
  			count 2
  			range '0 - 36'
  		}
  	}
  	control.2 {
  		iface MIXER
  		name 'iAP Interface Playback Switch'
  		value.0 false
  		value.1 false
  		comment {
  			access 'read write'
  			type BOOLEAN
  			count 2
  		}
  	}
  	control.3 {
  		iface MIXER
  		name 'iAP Interface Playback Switch'
  		index 1
  		value false
  		comment {
  			access 'read write'
  			type BOOLEAN
  			count 1
  		}
  	}
  	control.4 {
  		iface MIXER
  		name 'iAP Interface Playback Volume'
  		value.0 127
  		value.1 127
  		comment {
  			access 'read write'
  			type INTEGER
  			count 2
  			range '0 - 127'
  			dbmin -12700
  			dbmax 0
  			dbvalue.0 0
  			dbvalue.1 0
  		}
  	}
  	control.5 {
  		iface MIXER
  		name 'iAP Interface Playback Volume'
  		index 1
  		value 127
  		comment {
  			access 'read write'
  			type INTEGER
  			count 1
  			range '0 - 127'
  			dbmin -12700
  			dbmax 0
  			dbvalue.0 0
  		}
  	}
  }

  for control.2 I change the values to true
  value.0 true
  value.1 true
  and then for control.3 I change the value to true.

  After this changes the USB device is no longer muted when I pluged it
  in. And this solves my issue for now.
