[Bug 1274726] Re: Rhythmbox "Control" menu states that Control-Space controls play/pause, but actually Control-P is the shortcut

- use correct keybinding label for play/pause (lp: #1274726)
* debian/patches/git_sync_option.patch:
- don't have the sync option area having a 0 height (lp: #1513251)
* debian/patches/git_sync_grid.patch:
- sync: replace the sync state GtkTable with a grid

the keybinding in the menu are wrong
* Test case
open the rhythmbox control menu and look at the keybinding associated to play/pause, it should be "control-P", check that action actually works
* Regression potential
the change is only a label change in the menu, check that it matches the control
