  WiFi disabled after logging on (sometimes).

Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  When shutting down and restarting, the WiFi enabled status is
  remembered. However, when logging off and logging back on, sometimes
  the WiFi remains enabled; sometimes the WiFi is disabled and has to be
  manually enabled.
