[Bug 1514541] [NEW] Ubuntu's Firefox build renders IBM's PMR page incorrectly

Public bug reported:

When working with IBM's support site (working with PMRs, specifically),
the page renders incorrectly in Ubuntu 14.04.  I've attached a
screenshot of how the page renders in Ubuntu's Firefox build, and a
stock build from Windows 7.

Actual result: See attached image.  Graphics for "submit a new PMR"
button and help button straddle the line instead of being above it.
I've tried the usual Firefox troubleshooting steps from their web site,
and I've tried resizing the window, but none of that helped.

I've seen this for months, so it's not a new issue; I've just finally
gotten around to reporting it.
