[Bug 1515125] [NEW] Ability to install Firefox Developer Edition on Ubuntu together with stable release

Public bug reported:

At now users can install on Ubuntu only stable or developer edition of
Firefox (via PPA), because packages have same name. But most of users
must have two versions of Firefox - stable and aurora, for compare and
test features.

Please create Firefox Developer Edition package for Ubuntu that will
contain firefox deb package with Developer version of Firefox
(https://www.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/developer/ ) with another name, for
example "firefox-devel", with ability to install it together with stable
version of Firefox, and changed install folder location, different that
firefox stable version, for example /usr/lib/firefox-devel

** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
