[Bug 775345] Re: USB headset not selectable in Output tab of Sound Preferences
Seeing on 15.10 as well, killall pulseaudio also fixes.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-media
After upgrading from Maverick to Natty, my USB headset shows up in the
Hardware tab, but not the Output tab. Hence, it is no longer
selectable as an output device.
