Title:
It saves file with "Unsaved Document" name instead of "Untitled
  Document"

Status in gedit package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Hallo
If not specified the title of the window is "Untitled Document", so if you don't specify a name for it it will be saved as Unsaved Document instead of Untitled Document.
  Testcase:
Open Gedit, type something, save without entering a name for it.
See that the file is saved as Unsaved Document.
  Best regards
