Title:
  gnome-sound-preferences loses its setting

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Hello,

I have set 'Allow louder than 100%' in the sound-preferences.

But sound-preferences looses this setting when I scroll with mouse on
the sound-icon (on the system tray).

The sound-preferences snaps back to normal 100%.
