Title:
I have settings "new windows use default source(eng)" but lock screen
  has rus input source

Status in unity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Has two input sources en, ru.
  Set english as default.
Set "allow different sources for each window" and "new windows use default source"
Run app(chrome/chromium/nautilus) and switch source eng-rus-eng-rus
  close lid
  open lid
lock screen will show after few seconds with rus input source
correct behavior: lock screen will show immediately with eng input source

This is very annoying bug from 12.04 because I need switch input
source to eng after open lid.

Some time It reproduce when you select lock screen from menu or press
win+l, ctrl+alt+l some time not. Some time it doesn't reproduce when
chrome minimazed. But when I open lid I always need switch to eng to
  enter my password.
