[Bug 1368756] Re: "recently used" files not correctly right-clickable
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it
would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers
of the software by following the instructions at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME. If you have done so, please
tell us the number of the upstream bug (or the link), so we can add a
bugwatch that will inform us about its status. Thanks in advance.

Title:
"recently used" files not correctly right-clickable
Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Right-click menu in nautilus' recently used only partially works
correctly
- open nautilus
- click on "Recently used" ("Zuletzt verwendet")
- right-click on a file
-- choose: "E-Mail..." ...nothing happens (thunderbird should open)
-- choose: "open with gedit" (if its a text file) ...it's opened with the preferred editor, geany in my case, but not with gedit
-- choose: "open with" and "other application"("Anderer Anwendung...") depending on the ending, proposed applications are useful (*.txt, *.png) or not (e.g. *.js). Further more, the file name is not displayed but a reference/link (?): instead of "Choose an application to open >>myimage.png<<" (Wählen Sie eine Anwendung zum Öffnen von >>meinbild.png<<) I get: "Choose an application to open >>8ac8fd07221e00.........<<" (possibly that causes the problems??)
