confirmed, it's only happening when the unity launcher is on screen so
likely has to do with the way nautilus computes the position and not
taking the fact that view is shifted by the dock element

  Rename dialog on desktop is misaligned

Bug description:
  Right clicking on a file on the desktop and choosing rename opens a
  pop up which is not aligned to the centre of the icon.  See attached
  screenshot.
