  Photo publication broken

Bug description:
  like 1314904 Remote publishing does not work in Unity/GNOME/XFCE on
  trusty/utopic .

  But I don't even get the configuration window. Hence this new case.

  - click on a photo
  - select 'Publish' in the 'File' menu

   NOTHING happens
