  Sometime fails to load the background image

Status in unity-greeter package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Since xenial for some reason the greeter sometime fails to load a
  background image (can be hit on boot or when switching users), it
  takes a bit of time and then display a solid color purple instead...
