Public bug reported:

There is no yakuake package which could be installed in new Ubuntu
Xenial. There is a port which could be compiled from this source:
git://anongit.kde.org/yakuake.git#branch=frameworks

I've already recompiled yakuake package from this source and it works.
Here is a screenshot.
