It simply seems that the Flash plug-in is crashing! 🔥

Please, do the following:
1. Into the Terminal application, enter "sudo apt-get purge
flashplugin-installer -y".
2. Test if Firefox still crashes, and tell the result here.
3. Set this bug status back to "confirmed".

Thank you 👌

Title:
Firefox continuously crashes when scrolling FaceBook pages

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Sir,
Firefox crashes either in standard or in Safe Mode when I browse FaceBook pages.

This happens since some weeks back updates, and it has not been fixed
  yet.

I'm running Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS Trusty 64 bit with GNOME Fallback GUI
on AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5000+ CPU with 4GB Ram.

  Many thanks for your feedback.
  Regards
  Mauro
