Use icon theme for starred icons

Bug description:
As of GNOME 3.8 in Saucy, the gnome icons themes ('gnome', symbolic,
and HighContrast) provide star icons. If Software Center would use
these theme icons, it would provide more consistency with other apps
that use starred rankings and should simplify the code
(softwarecenter/ui/gtk3/widgets/stars.py).
The icon names are
starred
semi-starred
semi-starred-rtl
non-starred
(Although we may need to backport the semi-starred icons for the
'gnome' theme since those are missing:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/689098)
I'm adding a ubuntu-themes task to this bug as you may want to move
the existing star icons from softwarecenter/ui/qml/ to that package.
