Title:
  Window remains empty on launch ("ERROR - Could not find any typelib
  for Gst")

Status in software-center package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Hi, for a few days, I can not run software-center, because it hangs
  and Window remains empty. After click on an icon (menu ==> software-
  center) nothing happens, nothing appears just window - I mean there is
  not e.g. Game, Multimedia categories on the left and only one possible
  way, to close software-center window is to clicking on [x] (upper
  right corner). When I'm trying to run software-center via console with
  'software-center' command, I see this message;

  /* WARNING: gnome-keyring:: couldn't connect to: /tmp/keyring-lcYzG3/pkcs11: no such file or directory

  Only one way to stop/close, because of freeze, is to press 'ctrl + z'
  (a couple of times):

  /* [1]+  Stopped                 software-center */
