[Bug 1335057] [NEW] Provide an option to open an application after install

Enhancement request.

It would be good to provide an option to open an application immediately
after installing. It is natural to assume that after installing a deb
package (Manually downloaded package/ using the software center) people
would like to open that application immediately.

How to go about it: After the app is installed search for .desktop files
that the app installs (dpkg stuff). Launch that file if presents.
