Message #153539
[Bug 1345482] [NEW] Selecting last item in some list views of packages does not scroll down to show expanded "more info" and "install" / "remove" buttons
You have been subscribed to a public bug:
I opened software center, and selected "more" from the What's New list.
I scrolled to the bottom of the very bottom and selected the last item
("GStreamer plug-ins for aac, xvid, mpeg2, faad"). The scroll view did
not move downwards to show the "more info" and, in my case since I had
it installed, the "remove" buttons.
I then tried the same with "Top Rated" - from the app home screen, I
selected "more" from the "Top Rated" panel, scrolled to the bottom and
selected the last item ("gmusicbrowser", which I did not have
installed). The scroll view did scroll down so the "more info" and
"install" buttons were visible.
I replicated the first behaviour (not scrolling down to show the
buttons) in the list of "Accessories", where I did not have the item
installed, so I don't think it's related to whether you have the item
installed or not.
** Affects: software-center (Ubuntu)
