Title:
Can't save changes to table after setting default value for INTEGER
column
Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
After setting a default value for a column of type INTEGER using the
LIbreOffice Base Table Design window, it is not possible to save the
changes. When pressing the save button in the toolbar, or choosing
Save from the File menu, nothing happens. When trying to close the
Table Design windows, upon choosing Yes on the "The table has changed.
Do you want to save the changes?" dialog, nothing happens (the window
is not closed). There appears to be no way to set the default value on
an INTEGER column!
Changing the default on a BOOLEAN column does work.
I will attach a database which demonstrates the problem. Edit the
Invoices table and try to set the default value for the ordinal or
clientId columns.
