  contacts file freezes évolution

Status in evolution package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  í loaded a list of e-mail addresses by pasting. since then when i
  click on contacts the whole computer freezesand i have to restart
  which is another major problem reported earlier. this is happening on
  a Kogan using linux   10.
