Just upgraded from 14.04 to 16.04 and the usual side-panel shortcut to
the filesystem is missing.

I see these:

Home
Desktop

Rubbish Bin

+ Other Locations

I would suggest to place either "Filesystem" or "Computer" between
bookmarks and other locations.
