Bug description:
  The Realtech "RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet
  Controller (rev 06)" is still a problem. Its just been encountered on
  a Ubuntu Server 14.03 install.

  The network adapter was not usable from the install CD, and it was not
  usable after an "apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade".
