  all shortcuts disappear, only left some files on the desktop

Bug description:
  After use the unbuntu tweak to clean old kernels and other things ,
  all shortcuts disappear and no session on the right upper corner, no
  console, no firefox, namely there is no icons about softwares that
  usually use.
