  No Option to change the day that the week starts on...

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I chose Madrid in the date and time settings. And there the week starts on Monday, not on Sunday and calendar starts at Sunday.
  Besides, there's not an option to configure it.
