Thanks for reporting.

4.2.1.102+dfsg2-5ubuntu1 is in Xenial-proposed, but has not migrated to
the official release repo yet. Not sure why, but it might be waiting on
transition or otherwise confirmation that all packages using mono still
works as expected with the newer version.
