  docbook2pdf crashes with glossary

Status in docbook-utils package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I have a docbook file with a glossary. docbook2html transforms it
  without errors, docbook2pdf crashes:

openjade:/usr/share/sgml/docbook/stylesheet/dsssl/modular/print/dbcompon.dsl:205:3:E: flow object not accepted by port; only display flow objects accepted
  /usr/share/docbook-utils/backends/pdf: line 9: 9653 Segmentation fault $SGML_JADE -t tex -o ${SGML_FILE_NAME}.tex $SGML_ARGUMENTS
