[Bug 1528941] [NEW] firefox for ubuntu not able to download bank statements

Public bug reported:

firefox 43.0 not able to download e-statements from bank. Recently
downloaded and update for firefox that I thought corrected the problem.
Chromium browser does not have a problem in downloading e-statement.
