Title:
  Headphone jack sense not working (Ubuntu 10.04 on a Toshiba C665-P5010
  laptop)

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Hi

  When I plug in my earphones, the laptop speakers continue to output
  sound. This doesn't occur in Windows. When I plug in the earphones, I
  would like speaker output to be automatically muted.

  Any help would be appreciated.
