  Apport bug came in back pressing report icon

Bug description:
  I get problem report.
  I continue writing on gedit.
  Wifi connection comes back and i press report to open report.
  I enter my sudo passw.
  Gedit is in front but problem report in back but its in taskbar as active one.

  Instead it should active and be on front.
