Confirming this with using a `Microsoft Wireless Desktop 2000` dongle in
an USB 3.0 port on Ubuntu 15.04.

Fixed it by plugging in a spare wired mouse, or a Logitech dongle. We
can then adjust mouse speed as expected. Settings made there will affect
the MS desktop too.

  Ubuntu 15.10 Unity x64
  unity-control-center mouse
  There aren't options for mouse sensitivity.

  The sensitivity of my mouse gamer (Multilaser M3T4L W4R M0207) is
  high, There aren't options for mouse sensitivity, I'm running a script
  to correct speed:
