I don't know how your bug tracking works ( I am new) but I didn't
understand why the status is set to Incomplete?

The logs attached to this bug are generated automatically using this command:
ubuntu-bug -s audio

If you want some traces please let me know which commands, files should
I add to this bug

  Hi,

  The audio quality on headphone is bas compared to speaker that is OK.

  The audio is saturated especially when the volume is high

  Please le me know if you need additional informations or debug
  manipulations
