menu pops up after typing in URL bar

Bug description:
almost all the time after entering a site on the URL, or if double
clicked to highlight the site so i can be change, a menu pops up
asking to open site in firefox, etc.
this problem occurred in previous releases, from 3.6.19 to 3.6.21. the

not sure if it's a browser problem or not, as it seems to be happening
