[Bug 1531683] [NEW] package libtidy-0.99-0 (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/libtidy.so', which is also in package tidy 5.0.0

I manually updated to HTML5 tidy yesterday the sudo apt-get update just
gave an installation error that's all
