Bug description:
When a file with a name containing characters with diacritic signs
(e.g. èéîà...) is included in an archive received from the Windows
world, the extraction process is systematically aborted. Hence, the
file is not available to the user. Strangely enough, the unzip command
used in a terminal does not complain and does the job totally and
correctly...
