Bug description:
  \usepackage{siunitx}

  currently results in the following error message:

  ! Undefined control sequence. <argument> \sys_if_engine_luatex_p:

  Seems like it depends on something from a different LaTeX version than
  the one shipped with the current development version of xenial.
