I could solve the problem by re-pairing all my devices.

Bug description:
Dear all,
The connection button in the graphical Bluetooth menu is greyed out
for all of my Bluetooth devices that used to work perfectly before
upgrading to Ubuntu 15.10.
Unfortunately, I don't know what information to provide you with to
identify the problem.
Therefore I would like to seek some advice from you how to proceed
from here.
