Title:
strange display pictures in 15.10 with intel GMA3100

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I have an HP computer with integrated graphics Intel G33 / G31 Express
chipset GMA3100 (D VGA connector) with dual boot with ubuntu 15.10, in
which I see strange images, here i upload some images.

I tried to change the resolution (I have a couple of days) but the
other operating system w7 or Ubuntu 14.04 has the same resolution at
the same frequency and looks good.

During the first minute it looks good, but then increasingly seen more
  rare lines and images.
