[Bug 1532743] [NEW] «/usr/bin/jpegtran» is also in package libjpeg-progs 1:9a-2ubuntu1

there is a conflict with libjpeg-turbo-progs_1.4.2-0ubuntu1_i386.deb and
libjpeg-progs_9a-2ubuntu1_i386.deb kind of strange that that is not
detected on the build server?
