Title:
Evolution 2.30.3 - Send/Receive Subdued
Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Evolution 2.30.3 - Send/Receive button subdued.
Why is the button subdued? I just upgraded using Update/Upgrade button
in Synaptic. I didn't notice if Evolution was in there, but I do know
new kernel was installed. Today when opening Evolution to check mail,
i noticed it.
It used to always be ready to press to update any new changes to
calendar or to simply press it for sheer joy. This is now not the
case. I also have not changed any settings.
Also I added a test appointment to see if it would make the button
available, it did not, this I am filling out the Bug Report.
Lastly, please do not tell me to reinstall evolution, Bugs appear when
things are changed or updated usually due to upgrading with Synaptic,
ya know, things just break. sighs...
If i close or reopen, it will check for remote mail/imap/gmail,
however, not acting the way it should still subdued.
Suggestions? Is this an update bug?
thanks!
Pete
